So you have found a market that you are passionate about or that you have researched. But now a question arises, what niche from within that market are you going pursue?
It's a fair bet that there are very few if any unique markets. It has all been done before, but does this mean that there is no room to pursue your thoroughly researched and hopefully profitable niche?
Competition is to be expected, so don't expect to make some quick easy cash may every time, but of nothing's impossible if you have the right niche-so do your research well!
Brainstorm as soon as possible after settling on a market. Drill down into niches where people can are looking for quick fixes to their problems. In almost every market it is possible to find profitable niches. With people problems being so diverse it is not impossible to find some areas where you might make some quick easy cash in your market, particularly if you know where to look.
So where should you look?
Firstly, head over to “Clickbank” and do a search on the section called “marketplace” (a quick Google search will locate it). Clickbank, is a great place for digital downloads and you will be able to determine whether or not the niche that you are thinking of is trading well there. If you look at an indicator called “gravity” that is a good place to start. It will help you to see which products might have a chance of making you some quick easy cash.
Another good place to look for ideas is Google Trends. This tool will help you find out what keywords people are searching over the internet and even whether the niche is seasonal, on the up or even in decline.
Develop a plan and plan to win. Move forward gradually and be aware that you may have to a fail any number of times before you actually find a niche which may make you some quick easy cash.
Never start out in a niche if you haven't done your keyword research. This part is crucial if you ever want to make some easy cash online. The best free keyword tool, and a very good too, is the one Google provides. You can use it to find long tail keywords with low competition. You can tell when a keyword is good when it has a decent amount of searches each month but there aren't many websites that are optimized for that specific long tail keyword.
To see results right from the start you may have to go in a very specialized niche. What this means is that you will have to be as specific as possible. For example if your market of choice was dog care, your specialized niche within that market may be something like ‘Golden Retriever puppy care'.
But finding a niche that has a lot of hungry buyers and low competition can be very hard work. However, this is probably the most important research you will have to make if you want to succeed online.
Research well but do not procrastinate in choosing a niche. That said, get everything right from the start, drill down, dig deep and above all, make sure it's a profitable one without massive competition.
